About Dr. Suls
Howard Suls, M.D. is a graduate of the University of Chicago and the Uniformed Services University F. Edward Hebert School of Medicine in Bethesda Maryland. Dr. Suls did an internship in psychiatry at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, in Dayton Ohio, and a Family Medicine residency at Andrews Air Force Base, Maryland. A veteran of the US Air Force, he currently serves with the Air National Guard. Dr. Suls received an added qualification in Sports Medicine, and is certified as a Medical Director for Long Term Care by the American Medical Directors Association. He is a founder and currently on the Board of the New Hampshire Medical Director's Association, and is on the board of the Bedford Friends of Recreation. He is married with three children, and enjoys skiing and working out. Dr. Suls is on staff at both Catholic Medical Center and Elliot Hospital.

About Charlotte Phaneuf
Charlotte Phaneuf, MSN, APRN, NP-C, is a Family Nurse Practitioner, certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Suffolk University, her Associate Degree in Nursing from New Hampshire Technical Institute, and her Master of Science in Nursing from Frontier Nursing University. Charlotte believes it is important to educate patients to help them make healthy lifestyle choices and informed health care decisions. She is married with two grown children. In her spare time, Charlotte enjoys reading, weight lifting, kayaking, cooking, drawing, and spending time with family, friends, and her two dogs
